If the doctor says no
A no costs you nothing
Your assessment is read by a Malta-registered doctor, and sometimes the honest answer is no. When that happens, you hear the reason, you are pointed somewhere better, and you are charged nothing. You only ever pay when the doctor approves a plan, because a review that ends in no is still a doctor doing their job, and we do not think you should fund our refusals.

How payment actually works
No checkout, on purpose
There is no card form on this website, and the assessment never asks for payment details. When a doctor approves your plan, our team messages you on WhatsApp with the decision and a secure payment link, and your care begins once you choose to pay it. Where medicine is prescribed, you buy it separately at the pharmacy, at the pharmacy's own price. We never sell or ship medicines, and your plan never hides a medicine bill inside it.

What does the monthly fee cover?
Your medical care: the first consultation, your doctor's reviews, prescription renewals, dose adjustments where they apply, and ongoing follow-up with WhatsApp support. It never covers medicine, which is prescribed privately and paid for at the pharmacy, at the pharmacy's own price.
When do I pay?
Only after a Malta-registered doctor has reviewed your assessment and approved a plan. The assessment itself is free and asks for no payment details. Approval comes with a secure payment link on WhatsApp, and nothing is charged before you choose to pay it.
What about the medicine itself?
Where medicine is prescribed, you buy it separately at the pharmacy, at the pharmacy's own price. We never sell or ship medicines. Your prescription is a normal private prescription, valid in Malta and Gozo, collected at a pharmacy you choose.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There are no binding periods, no exit fees and no hoops. You stay because it works.
What if the doctor declines?
Then you pay nothing for that review. You hear the reason honestly, and where to go instead. A service that never says no is not a medical service.
Is everything a subscription?
No. The monthly plans cover ongoing care, because with these conditions the follow-up is the treatment. Two services are paid once instead: the Testosterone Check, a €99 assessment with the morning blood panel included, and the Health Check, €89 for the Core panel or €149 for the Complete, with no subscription either way.
